PolitiCore is an enterprise-grade political lifecycle and governance platform. Unlike conventional campaign software built for disposable election cycles, PolitiCore bridges campaign operations and post-election governance into a unified, continuous digital operating environment.

Problems Solved:

• Manual Campaign Operations: Replaces fragmented messaging apps and spreadsheets with centralized task dispatching, activity calendars, and volunteer gamification.
• Grassroots Visibility Gaps: Enforces multi-tier geographic hierarchy tracking from State down to Local Government Area (LGA), Ward, and Polling Unit (PU).
• Election Day Vulnerabilities: Provides real-time result collation, photographic evidence verification (EC8A forms), incident tracking, and multi-contest math validation.
• Post-Election Disconnect: Replaces abandoned campaign structures with a Governance Operating System to manage public commitments, community issues, project tracking, and citizen communication.

Database & Storage: Built on Cloud Firestore with fine-grained server-side rule enforcement and Cloud Storage for evidence media vaulting.

Geographic Scope Authorization: Administrative users are bound to specific geographic scopes (e.g. Ward Executive vs State Director). Access to election submissions and field reports is strictly constrained by user role and geographic claims.

Election State Integrity: Server-side election state validation checks prevent double-submission, vote total mismatching beyond registered voter caps, or unauthorized state modification.

Multi-Tenant Architecture Roadmap: Designed with a clean tenant isolation model (Tenant A: Candidate/Office, Tenant B: Party/Organization) sharing core platform micro-engines while maintaining strict data separation.

4. Election Engine & Auditability Protocols

The election engine enforces a strict 4-step collation protocol:

1. Field Unit Reporting: Verified agents submit registered voters, accredited voters, and candidate vote tallies at the Polling Unit level alongside high-resolution photo evidence of form EC8A.
2. Collation Review & Verification: Ward and LGA collation officers inspect submitted totals against photo proof. Mismatches trigger incident review tickets in the Control Center.
3. Multi-Contest Collation: Votes are calculated concurrently across all active contest seats, updating live turnout percentages and margins.
4. Evidence Export & Immutable Audit: Verified election packages can be exported to CSV format with cryptographic hashes and stored evidence URLs for legal and petition documentation.
